All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders made after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, which will include tracking details if available.
2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and destination of your order. The following shipping methods are available:
Standard Shipping:
Delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Express Shipping:
Delivery timeframe: 1-3 business days.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada and the USA. This offer does not apply to remote or rural areas and may change.
3. Confirmation & Tracking of Orders
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details, including a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Limitations
Shipping Areas: We currently ship only to Canada and the USA.
P.O. Box Addresses: Orders sent to P.O. Box addresses may experience additional processing times.
Remote/Rural Locations: Some areas may have longer delivery times, even with express shipping, due to their remote nature.
5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the expected delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or other uncontrollable events. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
If your order is delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages

It is crucial to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. SwiftStores.ca is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. 8. International Shipping Policy
At this time, SwiftStores.ca only ships within Canada and the USA. We do not offer international shipping to locations outside of these regions.
